  • Member Preferences: Access to individual member preferences, such as communication channels, notification settings, language preferences, or preferred topics of interest, can help ChatGPT provide tailored recommendations and relevant information.
  • Skillsets and Expertise: Providing information about the skills, expertise, and areas of specialization of DAO members can enable ChatGPT to connect participants with others who possess complementary skills or knowledge. This can foster collaboration and facilitate the formation of project teams.
  • Contributions and Reputation: Access to data on member contributions, including past proposals, successful projects, or positive feedback from other members, can help ChatGPT recognize and acknowledge the accomplishments of participants. This can contribute to building a reputation system within the DAO and encourage continued engagement.
  • Feedback and Surveys: Granting access to feedback and survey data collected from participants can help ChatGPT understand the sentiments, concerns, and suggestions shared by DAO members. It can provide valuable insights for addressing issues, improving processes, or prioritizing initiatives.
  • DAO Analytics: Aggregated data on the DAO’s overall performance, participation metrics, voting patterns, or project success rates can allow ChatGPT to provide relevant analytics and benchmarks to participants. This can help members make informed decisions, track progress, and evaluate the impact of their contributions.
  • Onboarding and Training Materials: Access to onboarding guides, educational resources, or training materials provided to new members can assist ChatGPT in providing contextual information, answering common questions, and offering relevant tutorials or documentation.

  1. Broadly speaking, our dao is a meta experiment in governance and collective decision-making. It integrates different and varied governance models with Ai assistance, collective group practices like circling and authentic relating, and in-person meetups and events on land to bring people into context and coherence in an embodied way. The proposals submitted to the DAO will endeavor to embody the values of art, wisdom, and resilience.
  2. Information overload, onboarding, complexity, tension between decentralization and hierarchy.
  3. We’re intending to use holonic governance models, but we’re too new to be committed to just one structure.
  4. A custom solution using Wordpess and Airtable, and Discord.
  5. Dev blogs, Tiktok videos, and documentation with varying degrees of complexity.
  6. We have a fairly agile system for rapid testing, prototyping and deployment for new governance ui and ux designs.
  7. User profiles, bounties, proposals, call transcripts
  8. Make DAOs easier to interact and engage with, speed up collaborative decision-making, reduce friction, reduce information fatigue and overwhelm, increase the speed of onboarding new members.
  9. Yes, users must be made aware of what kinds of data that chatGPT will have access to. It would be a good idea for Chatgpt to remind them of the privacy status of a data type as to avoid users giving sensitive data.
  10. Mostly I just need it to fully integrate with Airtable.
  • Streamline Communication Channels: Consider leveraging ChatGPT as a central communication hub within your DAO. It can help aggregate and organize information from various sources, such as Discord, dev blogs, and call transcripts, making it easier for members to access and navigate relevant discussions.
  • Onboarding and Orientation: Utilize ChatGPT to provide personalized onboarding experiences for new members. It can guide them through the process, answer frequently asked questions, and provide links to relevant documentation or resources. This can help streamline the onboarding process and reduce information overload.
  • Decision-Making Support: Integrate ChatGPT into your governance models to assist with decision-making. It can analyze proposals, provide insights, and even simulate potential outcomes based on the information available. This can help reduce complexity and facilitate collective decision-making within your DAO.
  • AI-Powered Knowledge Base: Implement ChatGPT as an AI-powered knowledge base that integrates with Airtable. It can serve as a repository for frequently asked questions, tutorials, and other resources. Members can interact with ChatGPT to search for information, receive explanations, or request specific documents from the knowledge base.
  • Personalized Assistance: Customize ChatGPT to understand individual member profiles and preferences. It can provide tailored recommendations, suggest relevant proposals or working groups based on member interests, and facilitate connections between members with complementary skills or expertise.
  • Information Privacy Awareness: Train ChatGPT to remind users of the privacy status of certain data types and encourage them to avoid sharing sensitive information. This can help maintain transparency and protect members’ privacy within the DAO.
  • User-Friendly Interface: Design a user interface that seamlessly integrates ChatGPT with Airtable, allowing members to interact with ChatGPT directly within the Airtable platform. This can enhance user experience and streamline workflows for accessing and updating DAO-related information.
  • How can ChatGPT facilitate onboarding for new DAO members?
  • Can ChatGPT assist in automating certain administrative tasks within the DAO? If so, what are some examples?
  • What measures can be taken to ensure data privacy and security when providing access to DAO-related information?
  • Are there any potential ethical considerations to keep in mind when integrating ChatGPT into the DAO?
  • How can ChatGPT assist in fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing among DAO participants?
  • Can ChatGPT help with decision-making processes within the DAO, such as evaluating proposals or conducting sentiment analysis on member opinions?
